Chris Easom

Chris is responsible for business development, social media and IT. Graduating from Staffordshire University in 2004, he has worked within the service sector for over 15 years. Chris thrives on regular interaction with clients and prides himself on building long and mutually beneficial working relationships. Chris is a real sports enthusiast with a particular passion for Manchester United. He also plays 5-side football regularly. He lives in Melton Mowbray with his partner Ellie and daughter Eva.


Caren Bowen

Caren is responsible for the day-to-day management of our Lincoln office. As Head of Care she also plays a pivotal role in ensuring we maintain high standards of care provision across all our offices. Caren is NVQ 3 qualified and has previously worked as a deputy manager in a care home. With over 25 years experience in care she brings invaluable knowledge and ‘hands-on’ experience to the team. Caren lives in Gainsborough with her partner Dave and in her spare time undertakes voluntary work for a charity called ‘Unload’, which offers help and support to veterans of the armed forces.


Donna Atkinson

Donna has worked in care for over 30 years, 9 of which as a registered manager. She is NVQ 4 qualified and is still very ‘hands-on’ covering senior carer shifts for StaffAid as required. Donna’s primary role is the recruitment of new agency staff and she also offers vital support to Caren in ensuring our services are of the highest standard. In her spare time, she enjoys going to the gym and spending time with her 3 grandchildren. Donna lives in Gainsborough with her partner Mark.


Lorraine Pingue

Lorraine has worked within the care sector for over 3 years in an administrative support role and is based in our Leicester office with Emma. She is responsible for compliance, general administration and payroll. Lorraine is integral to our continued expansion plans and will be instrumental in ensuring the ongoing success of our Leicester office. Lorraine lives in Melton Mowbray with her husband and 2 children. She enjoys the gym, walking the dog and baking.


Andrea Carroll

Andrea is a qualified moving & handling and basic life support trainer. In addition, Andrea manages our weekly payroll administration, agency staff compliance and assists with the recruitment process of new care staff. Having previously worked in both care homes and home care, Andrea also provides valuable ‘hands-on’ care experience.


Peter Caven

Peter has in excess of 15 years’ experience within recruitment, 12 of which have been spent within healthcare. Peter holds a Level 5 diploma and has managed regulated activities for adults and children alongside managing a network of branches nationally. Peter is passionate about building long standing relationships with clients and supporting them with their staffing requirements. He lives in Hinckley with his partner Kayleigh and their four children, in his ‘spare’ time he is a keen cricket fan and aspiring cook.

Lola is in training to be our office security manager. A black and tan Jack Russell at 8 months old and from the highly sought after ‘Much Wenlock’ bloodline she is full of energy and loves lots of short walks when not asleep!
