Peter has in excess of 15 years’ experience within recruitment, 12 of which have been spent within healthcare. Peter holds a Level 5 diploma and has managed regulated activities for adults and children alongside managing a network of branches nationally. Peter is passionate about building long standing relationships with clients and supporting them with their staffing requirements. He lives in Hinckley with his partner Kayleigh and their four children, in his ‘spare’ time he is a keen cricket fan and aspiring cook.
Caren is responsible for the day-to-day management of our Lincoln office. As Head of Care she also plays a pivotal role in ensuring we maintain high standards of care provision across all our offices. Caren is NVQ 3 qualified and has previously worked as a deputy manager in a care home. With over 25 years experience in care she brings invaluable knowledge and ‘hands-on’ experience to the team. Caren lives in Gainsborough with her partner Dave and in her spare time undertakes voluntary work for a charity called ‘Unload’, which offers help and support to veterans of the armed forces.
Emma has 15 plus years experience working in Healthcare and Education for both children and adults including Learning Disabilities. Emma has worked in SEBD primary education and support work with adults who have a wide range of Learning disabilities both physical and mental. Emma also has many years working in domiciliary care which included the roles of a carer out in the community and progressing to senior carer, scheduler then onto a branch manager position. Emma lives at home with 2 of her 3 sons and her 2 French Bulldogs Teddy and Percy. Emma enjoys catching up with friends and spending quality time with her family.
Lorraine has worked within the care sector for over 3 years in an administrative support role and is based in our Leicester office with Emma. She is responsible for compliance, general administration and payroll. Lorraine is integral to our continued expansion plans and will be instrumental in ensuring the ongoing success of our Leicester office. Lorraine lives in Melton Mowbray with her husband and 2 children. She enjoys the gym, walking the dog and baking.

I am a proud mom to two beautiful toddler girls and absolutely love every moment spent with them. When I do have a little free time, I take up my glue gun and enjoy creating unique crafts. As a family, we love travelling and creating beautiful memories.
